Goods returned will be accepted and refunded if the following apply:

1. Packets are full and unopened.

2. You contact us within 10 days from date of invoice.

3 Items returned are accompanied by a copy of the invoice on which the item/s appear.

A 15% handling fee will be charged on all returns. Damaged or short order goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods to ensure an exchange.
